Nata - Templar Village 6.8KM Linear

This was an easy semi linear walk. The reservoir was only half full which allowed us to divert left across the base of the reservoir and skirt the bank of the reservoir all the way along to the Templar Village. If the reservoir had been full we would have had to follow the main track below the cliffs further up before deviating off to the left. This route gave me a better perspective of the reservoir and Templar Village for photographs.
The walk started at a point where the track met a bridge across the river just down from Nata, the track was mainly wide throughout except for the goat track running along side the reservoir bank up to the Templar village. Some of our party got their feet wet on this one as we had to cross the river twice. We managed to jump the second crossing as the river entered a concrete channel before entering the reservoir which narrowed the flow. After walking through the village and taking photos we headed up to the main track and back along to where we started.

After the walk we headed to a small traditional taverna close by called Kyra Eleousa
